Becky Beeler

Business Manager

Becky has more than 20 years of experience in finance, business planning and human resources. Prior to joining The Hatcher Group, she served as the chief financial officer for two startup companies, Voxant, Inc., and Engenia, Inc. In addition to fundraising and cash management, her responsibilities included business planning, HR and company operations. She also has served as a consultant to the U.S. Department of Commerce Advanced Technology Program, providing business analysis and funding recommendations for grant proposals.

Becky started her career at IBM, where she spent 19 years in a variety of financial, marketing and engineering roles. She managed the pricing function for both application software and federal government special bids. She managed marketing for a Knowledge Management offering launch and held financial leadership roles in D.C Area Sales & Support and the online information service, infoMarket. Becky started her career at IBM as an engineer.

Becky holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Texas Tech University and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University.
