The Hatcher Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead its finance department. This role will serve as a strategic financial partner to the firm’s owners, driving financial strategy and operational excellence. The finance director will supervise a staff accountant and collaborate with project managers. The ideal candidate can provide oversight of all finance and contract functions. In addition, they will build effective internal relationships to help develop sound pricing models and manage the firm’s contracts in an effective and fully compliant manner.
