The Hatcher Group seeks to hire a talented senior communications and marketing professional with relevant content and policy experience to help manage and support projects for our K-12 and higher education sector. The ideal candidate is a meticulous project manager, effective communicator, and purpose-driven team player who is passionate about advancing clients’ missions.
Hatcher leads strategic communications, advocacy, and marketing campaigns for foundations, nonprofit organizations and coalitions, state and federal agencies, institutions of higher education. We embrace work that expands educational opportunity and spurs actions that lead to real change.
The successful applicant will work directly with clients and lead collaborative teams that develop and implement a wide range of communications and marketing strategies, plans, and tools. The role is ideal for the seasoned communications professional with agency experience or content background in K-12 and/or higher education. Applicants have the opportunity to be part of a talented, committed, and collaborative firm that is growing. This person will work closely with leadership to meet the needs of existing clients and help cultivate new opportunities.
