Ernest Chua is an advocate of user-centric design to create products, services and experiences that improve the lives of people. Over the last decade, Ernest helped develop product designs from initial concept through delivery, create effective campaigns for print and digital for a variety of technical audiences, to increase customer engagement across multiple touch points.
Prior to joining the Hatcher Group, Ernest worked for Doxim, a financial institution SaaS (software as a service) provider. In this role, he worked on front-end development and designed client campaigns and responsive 508-compliant templates. Ernest graduated summa cum laude from George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. His main goal in life is to create a better world through design.
