Anthony Quintero

Anthony Quintero leads client engagements within our growing government sector and serves as the primary contact with clients, managing the development and implementation of marketing and communications campaigns.  

Prior to joining Hatcher, Anthony spent ten years as a federal recruitment advertising manager with Monster Government Solutions, a recognized industry leader in federal hiring management systems software development. Anthony was primarily responsible for providing integrated strategic candidate application sourcing campaigns and hiring programs. He also was project manager for ustechvets.org, connecting veterans-in-tech with local tech companies in the Washington DC area. 

As project manager, Anthony is an effective communicator, and purpose-driven team player who is passionate about advancing clients’ missions and leading high-performing teams. 

PASSIONS THAT BENEFIT MY CLIENTS  

• Service: Anthony enlisted in the Marine Corps at 17, excelled as a supply-chain operations administrator, and considers it a privilege to have served. His military training and work as an admin served as a bridge to pursing a fulfilling career in HR business services and earning his BA in Business Administration. For this reason, Anthony is proud to serve the federal government as a civilian and advocate for veterans with similar experiences while on their career paths in the civilian workplace.
• Learning: I stay innately curious and am constantly building upon my personal knowledge and skill sets both professionally and personally. I am fascinated by learning how things work and try to see the universe more clearly through the lens of global human behavior, culture, language, music and storytelling.
• Mission and purpose: Being a part of positive change in the lives of people who are seeking to grow their careers in the federal government.
