Dee Kuhn is Senior Editor at The Hatcher Group, working on the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) account. A longtime journalist, Dee spent her early years working as a staff writer and editor for a variety of publishing venues — from mainstream pubs (Advertising Age, Autoweek) and custom publishing shops (PGA Magazine, TWENTYONE Magazine, NBA Inside Stuff) to trade journals (Food Research & Development, Beverage Industry) and finance pubs (Credit Card Management, Debit Card News, American Banker). Dee shifted to the advertising/marketing services sector in 2009, working for Horne Creative Group Inc. (HORNE) for 12 years before joining Hatcher. With the move came Dee’s love of adherence to AP Style, good grammar and attention to detail. At HORNE, Dee wrote, edited, developed content strategies and created brand messaging, taglines and supporting content for all client communication materials. She often worked closely with HORNE clients to identify key areas of focus and develop motivating messaging for each campaign, including content for the FBI, Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Indian Health Service (IHS), Small Business Association (SBA) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
