Eric Suh

Senior Director

Eric Suh has over 15 years of experience in project and program management.  He has managed diverse types of high profile domestic and international projects in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining The Hatcher Group, Eric served as a program manager at Lewis-Price & Associates, managing federal contracts for USDA, DOD, and DHS.  Before that, he was an IT Project Manager at DC’s Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), where he managed projects focused on the Every Student Succeeds Act set forth by the Department of Education.  The projects resulted in both the creation of an Accountability System for all schools in DC, as well as a website that displayed the school grades and student success metrics.  He ran Six Sigma projects in both organizations, creating an efficient and streamlined process of managing projects and contracts.

Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a master’s degree in international studies from Yonsei University Graduate School of International Studies in Seoul, South Korea.  He also holds the following certifications: PMP, CSM, LSSBB, ITIL (Foundation), AWS (CCP), and Smartsheet (Product).  He currently lives in Rockville, MD with his wife and two daughters.  Rumor has it that he may be a Dallas Cowboys fan!

  • Process Improvement: A process that does not change will eventually become inefficient.
  • Project Management: What is life and work without warding off a little scope creep?
  • Change: If there is no change, then life is most likely passing you by.
