Jaz Washington

Jaz is an integral part of the Hatcher team. She partners with our finance, business development, operations, and human resources teams to ensure excellence behind the scenes.

Prior to joining The Hatcher Group, Jaz worked as a junior processor at NFM Lending, a mortgage company in Columbia, MD. She spent the majority of her career in the entertainment industry. During that time, she focused on client relations, sales, and providing support in mitigating operational issues.

In 2015, Jaz graduated from Salisbury University with a bachelor’s degree in English and a concentration in film.
