Michaela Koscher
Senior Director, Finance
Michaela Koscher manages all things Hatcher finance. She brings broad experience from previous roles in startup companies that spanned technology, advertising, non-profit, and government sectors. She manages our financial metrics, client reporting, and internal compliance processes.
Prior to joining The Hatcher Group, Michaela was the Global Controller at a Boston-based startup company. In that role, she led an IPO process, and managed the company’s international operations and government contracts. She’s experienced in implementing finance and operations automation and accounting best practices within high growth organizations.
Michaela is a graduate of Boston College, where she majored in accounting. After graduating, she earned her CPA license in Massachusetts. Originally from Simsbury, CT, Michaela spent the past 10 years in the Boston area and recently relocated to Bethesda, MD.
