Terri Holley

Senior Director, Digital Engagement

Terri Holley brings a cumulative 35 years of experience in digital technology, health communications and marketing across healthcare, military, federal and private sectors.

Before joining the Hatcher Group, Terri was the founder and owner of a Maryland-based boutique digital marketing firm focused on digital strategy, brand identity, website design, and more. Her earlier work experience includes marketing and coordinating the Put Prevention into Practice (PPIP) program developed by the CDC for the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. While at Walter Reed, Terri also developed and marketed a command-wide tobacco cessation program for active-duty service members and military beneficiaries.  Her work at Walter Reed received the Navy and Marine Corps Gold Star Award for Excellence in Health Promotion for three consecutive years. 

Terri also has extensive experience in the area of worksite wellness having served as the manager for federal worksite wellness programs at the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). 

Terri received her master’s degree in health promotion management from American University and a bachelor’s degree in kinesiological sciences from the University of Maryland.

  • Early adaptation and exploration – Since 2006, I have been an early adopter of digital technology and enjoy exploring what is possible in the digital world. 
  • Creative thought and perspective – The right side of my brain is always operating at full capacity. 
  • Giving it back and paying it forward – I am regularly active in my community and currently mentor first-generation college students. 
  • Collaboration and Co-activity – I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) who is passionate about maximizing human potential. 
  • Appreciation for the weather – As the daughter of a meteorologist, I have a special appreciation for the weather and love analyzing snowstorms, hurricanes, and cold fronts.
