Heather Norris
Manager, Digital Marketing
Heather is a Digital Marketing Manager with a wide range of skills across a multitude of digital platforms.
Prior to joining The Hatcher Group, Heather worked as a Social Media Specialist at Fishbowl, Inc., a marketing agency in Alexandria, VA. During that time, she focused on managing social media accounts, content creation, and email campaigns for multiple different clients. She is well versed in a wide range of programs, from Facebook Ad Manager, Hootsuite, and Adobe Captivate, to Salesforce and Google Analytics.
In 2016, Heather graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Educational Media.
