Vivian Rodriguez

Vivian is a graphic designer who enjoys building ideas through collaboration, bringing a thoughtful eye and strategic approach to every visual solution.

Before joining The Hatcher Group, Vivian worked at WETA as a designer, helping expand the organization’s visual brand through illustration and thoughtful design. Her work included creating assets for digital advertising campaigns, promotional materials for local and national television productions, tune-in promos, key art, and campaign visuals.

Vivian graduated from George Mason University in 2022 with a B.F.A. in Art and Visual Technology, with a concentration in Graphic Design. She began her career in the nonprofit sector, interning with organizations such as the Positive Coaching Alliance and the National Parks Conservation Association. Those early experiences deepened her passion for work that not only looks great but creates positive, lasting change.

• Asking the right questions first. Before I dive into a design, I make sure the goals and every key detail are crystal‑clear. The more questions I ask, the better I can nail the right solution.
• Collaboration fuels creativity. I love brainstorming and partnering with designers and non-designers alike, and the chance to learn from diverse perspectives is what makes it so exciting.
• Love for the craft. It’s fun taking an idea from its earliest stages and thoughtfully building it into a finished piece.
