Warren Enriquez

Warren is a proposal professional and content manager with experience building and modernizing proposal content libraries and producing compliant, client-ready submissions across fast-paced environments.

Before joining The Hatcher Group, Warren served as a Proposal Coordinator with Supplemental Health Care, where he scheduled and led stakeholder calls to vet new opportunities, built and enforced proposal timelines, drafted proposal content, managed revisions with stakeholders, and supported submissions in the format clients requested. He also maintained proposal tracking and reporting logs and collaborated with SMEs to ensure proposal content and graphics were accurate and up to date.

Warren later worked as a Content Specialist at Akkodis, managing a proposal content library in Qvidian, supporting stakeholder calls, scheduling SME interviews to create or refresh case studies, and assisting with proposal and bid document development. He then transitioned to EMCOR Government Services, Inc. as a Proposal Writer, where he managed a content library in reDock, refreshed a graphics library using tools such as Maptitude, InDesign, and Photoshop, and supported proposal managers with proposals, compliance matrices, capability statements, and case studies.

Warren earned a Bachelor of Arts in English & Writing from the University of West Alabama, where he was also a four-year Division II Cross Country and Track athlete. His early experience includes writing, editing, and information management roles as an Archivist at Julia Tutwiler Library, an Editor with Livingston Press, and a Technical Writing Intern with CGH Technologies, supporting proposal-related tasks including drafting and editing for federal work.
