Savannah Drum

Savannah is a dedicated Proposal Manager with 8 years of experience in government consulting across federal, state, and local sectors.

Prior to joining Hatcher, Savannah worked as a Proposal Manager for a research nonprofit. In her role, she supported proposal and capture development for large federal contracts and grants. She began her career in active transportation consulting, building a strong knowledge base of state and local procurement practices and bicycle and pedestrian accessibility. Savannah enjoys experimenting with creative and visual tools to enhance proposal content and expand business development.

Savannah graduated from Appalachian State University, where she studied Communication and Nonprofit Management. As a student, she worked in the campus performing arts center and interned at a children’s advocacy center. Outside of work, Savannah enjoys returning to Western NC as often as possible with her partner and two hounds.
