The Hatcher Group conducted initial stakeholder interviews and surveys to better understand the pain points and requirements of the Business Institute’s most important users. Hatcher used these insights to create user personas and develop a holistic approach to the website design and organization that would meet the needs of key audiences. Hatcher then developed a visual design and user interface to improve the site’s user experience, enabling visitors to navigate through the Business Institute’s resources and tools more easily. The project culminated in the development of a fully refreshed site with a modern look and feel, featuring highly customizable built-in elements that allow the website to grow with the organization.
