The News Literacy Project is celebrating 10 years of fostering news literacy in young people. NLP gives middle and high school students the tools to be critical consumers of news and information. Since 2016, nearly 12,000 educators working with 1.8 million students have registered to use its checkology® virtual classroom in all 50 states, D.C., and 86 other countries. For
NLP’s 10th anniversary, we created this animated video and promoted it with a comprehensive social media campaign. We also updated the NLP logo to reflect the 10th anniversary, as well as updating other collateral.
