We’re hitting “send” on this newsletter with a bit of anxiety. This is no ordinary midterm election. On the ballot today are not just routine disagreements in policy and priorities, but also the fundamental right and ability to have those disagreements fairly and safely. While we await the results, we commit to staying in the arena tomorrow and beyond.
Relatedly, during this season of giving thanks, we’re grateful for the incredible initiatives our clients and partners support and advocate for: continued progress within education, public health, environment, and equity and opportunity for all. We were delighted to see so many of you at a recent open house at our new Bethesda office. Gathering in person reaffirmed how connected we truly are with our partners and shared work.
In this edition of Spark, we are eager to share a new, creative rendition to highlight Hatcher’s integrated capabilities in support of YOUR mission. In addition, our recent staff retreat affirmed that we remain powered by talented colleagues. Our leader of all things people discusses her priorities heading into the new year. Finally, although it is easy to feel overwhelmed by digital data, our analyst outlines her data-driven storytelling approach that creates meaning and actionable insights.
Our Spark newsletter will assume a quarterly cadence in the new year, so until then, enjoy the approaching festive season. Importantly, if you have yet to cast your ballot today, please run, don’t walk!
In partnership and thanks,
