Emma Edick

Manager, Integrated Production

At The Hatcher Group, Emma supports the Production team on all creative projects, print and digital, to ensure deliverables are produced and implemented efficiently and smoothly.

Before joining The Hatcher Group, Emma was the Visual Brand Manager at Active Minds, a nonprofit dedicated to changing the conversation about mental health based in Washington, DC. There, she managed and mentored a small team of interns and design contractors to meet the needs of the organization. She led the integration of Active Minds’ visual brand into programmatic materials, social media and web campaigns, and chapter and partnership activities of Active Minds.

Emma’s first love was dance having spent the majority of her upbringing standing at a ballet barre. The dance studio is where she learned the value of collaboration, discipline, and self-expression. This lifelong appreciation for the art form led her to work alongside the video teams at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival.

Emma holds a bachelor’s degree in digital media production from Butler University, where she wrote her honors thesis on the ways in which the arts impact an individual’s development of civic mindedness.
